Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty Canada, Wendy was a sales representative with a large, global commercial real estate firm and she focused on the sale and leasing of both industrial and office assets. Her clients included individuals, businesses, investors, developers and REITS. Wendy is now pleased to put the business acumen she gained in this sector to work on behalf of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada residential clients. Wendy’s diverse experience in the commercial real estate makes her a valuable addition to the team.

In addition to her commercial sector experience, Wendy was also the founder and president of a consumer packaged goods company and was directly involved in sales, public relations, management and negotiations.

Wendy was born and raised in central Toronto. She has lived in many areas of the city including Rosedale, Cricket Club and Lawrence Park. She knows the schools, the amenities, the streets, the homes and the nuances of the various neighbourhoods.

Wendy attended Branksome Hall and then received a Bachelor of Arts (honours) from Queen’s University. She is a member of the Granite Club and an avid runner. She can often be found running in the various neighbourhoods in which she works.

Real estate, whether in the commercial or residential sector, is generally an individual’s largest financial asset. Wendy’s experience has taught her that real estate decisions require a fine balance of knowledge, emotion and rational thinking. Buying or selling, we all want the perfect deal. Let Wendy Spencer guide you through one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make.
