Stephanie Petroff is a passionate Sales Representative who enjoys supporting and guiding clients in one of the biggest decisions of their lives, by offering her genuine, personalized and ethical approach to sales, service, negotiations, marketing and communications.

Stephanie and her partner Lloyd Oliver, Sales Representative, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Inc., decided several years ago to transform their lives by leaving their corporate jobs, travelling throughout Europe and starting their real estate careers. Stephanie enjoyed a successful 20-year career in public relations and marketing communications. Drawing on her extensive communications and client-service skills, Stephanie relishes the process of assisting clients in finding properties to match their tastes and lifestyles.

After more than 40 years of living in Toronto, Stephanie wanted to realize the dream of living where she and Lloyd vacationed. They moved from Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake to experience the beauty and history of the area, as well as a new quality of life.

As a couple, Stephanie and Lloyd value making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, so they created their annual “Share the Warmth” hat, mitt and scarf drive to benefit children through the Education Foundation of Niagara.
