Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’m a proud mother of three adult children—a firefighter, an interior designer, and an animal advocate—and have been married for many years. An animal lover at heart, I spend much of my time with my dog Lad, and when time allows, you’ll often find me in the garden or enjoying a good book. At my core, I lead with heart—because exceptional service is not only about results, but about the experience along the way.
