Bryan has been licensed in Real Estate since 1973. He is an expert in the area of single family residential and residential income properties. Bryan’s only career has been real estate. He jokingly will say, “No one else would hire me!” He loves the challenge of finding the ‘right fit’ for his clients. The thrill of success after working on a difficult transaction keeps him motivated.

Bryan has developed a foolproof system that guarantees the sale of a property for the highest and best price in a quick, convenient predictable time frame. When it is used the client ALWAYS gets the best result the market can deliever - on time! Always! Bryan is the only Canadian in Bob Bohlen’s Superstar group. This is a group of top American agents who meet 4 times a year to discuss upcoming trends in Real Estate and they develop strategies to use the information to give better customer service to clients.

Bryan has been a cancer survivor since 2001. Bryan supports many charities and has volunteered at Sick Kids Hospital, Big Brothers, Beavers, and Cubs to name a few. He has an infectious, positive, ‘can do’ attitude that makes working with him an enjoyable experience.

Brad comes from a family passionate about real estate and has thoroughly immersed himself in the business. Since completing his license in 2013, Brad has been a member of two award winning real estate teams. This comprehensive experience ensures that he is able to seamlessly navigate his clients through every step of the process.

Brad also strives to build lifelong relationships. So, he’ll be with you every step of the way: from your first condo to your dream home - success to Brad is helping his clients reach their goals. His drive and attention to detail mean that he will provide service that is over and above expectations.

He understands that the market is constantly evolving and has committed to continuing education in real estate. Brad holds several designations and knows the importance of constantly enhancing his skills.
Outside of real estate, Brad has an interest in investing, journalism, and of course, the Toronto Raptors.

Sandy has over 30 years of administrative experience and delivers the best in “first class” customer service to The Barnes Team and our client’s needs. Selling a home can be stressful but she is here to help with the listing preparation, and taking care of the little details that help make for a smooth sale. You’re in good hands with Sandy.

Sandy has worked with some of Toronto’s top real estate teams. She has an incredible memory for client’s names, phone numbers, and property addresses. Her extensive knowledge of Toronto’s neighbourhoods, her fine attention to detail, and organizational skills make her an important part of The Barnes Team. Sandy lives in Etobicoke, enjoys camping, reading and exercise. “Real estate is my passion, and it’s not really work when you love what you do!”
