Rob Sweet

Rob gave up a very promising career in executive management for a global Fortune 50 company in order to have a career with more human interaction, rather than helping businesses achieve their goals. He works tirelessly to bring exceptional value and customer service to every relationship as well as his experience working as a corporate executive in a commercial sales leadership role. There he developed unique negotiating and problem solving skills in high leverage environments. When Rob transitioned into his real estate career, he had immediate success by implementing these systems and practices, and having a true understanding of how to achieve results without compromising high end customer service.

Married to fellow Sotheby’s realtor and partner Joanna Sweet, who work together as The Sweet Team, he is also a father to two young children. He works tirelessly to maintain not only a successful business team where he is serving his clients to the best of his ability, but also to keep a healthy and proactive family life.
