A luxurious villa is located in the exclusive Sai Taan development, consisting of around other 40 elite Villas. The residence is located in Laguna, within walking distance from the BangTao beach, and is surrounded by multiple restaurants, shops, and resorts.

The Villa contains 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The property also has a private pool with a bar and a gorgeous garden. There is also a maid's quarters with a live-in maid for the convenience of our guests, who can cook and clean.

The space
Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, a wardrobe, and a desk, as well as direct access to the pool which includes a hot tub. All of the rooms are decorated in Bali architecture style.

Every single room in the Villa is provided with air conditioning. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with a table for 8 people, combined with the living room.

The house contains everything you need for a comfortable living: a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer, a coffee machine, an iron and ironing board, and WiFi. There is a live-in maid who will be happy to assist in cleaning, babysitting, cooking, or other household chores if the guest requires so. Please note that guests will be responsible for the grocery needs.

The house includes a parking space and the development is guarded by security 24/7.
