The property Rösunda 36:43, Westmanska Gården is a well-known and prominently situated manor building in central Saltsjöbaden. The estate is within a short walking distance of Hotellviken, swimming areas, the Grand Hotel, and the Saltsjöbanan railway. The culturally significant building was constructed in 1903 and designed by the architect Carl Westman, one of the most renowned architects of his time.


Veidekke renovated and converted the beautiful building into nine attractive tenant-owned apartments, completed and ready for occupancy in 2005. The housing association was formed in 2002 and acquired the property in 2005. The association comprises nine apartments, all held as tenant-ownership units. Brf Westmanska Gården is one of four co-owners of the Rösunda joint property association. The other members are Brf Badhotellet, Brf Parkvillorna, and Saltsjöbadens Hospital.
