Renovated villa with a new pool area on a sunny corner plot and with an outdoor spa as well as a new large wooden deck with an outdoor kitchen. The entire plot has been replanted with lawn and stone paving this year and with older fruit trees preserved. The villa with a strait view has a quiet location and is located approx. 200 m from the beach and was designed by architect Ole Rönnow. During the years 2020-2023, the villa has been carefully renovated and at the same time its many original details from the 60s have been taken into account. The renovation have been adapted to the era, such as in kitchens with preserved oiled teak doors.
