When the English owner of Woodhill House was a young boy he visited New Zealand relatives often and was quite taken by our wooden houses with their tin rooves.

The owners asked Architect Brent Hulena to collaborate and help them design a home that honoured classical Georgian principles. Vistas from all four compass directions have been captured. The brief was to accommodate the owner’s art collection and their antique furniture.
