Casa Xoltic (from the Nahuatl word meaning "the one who lives") is a project by Amasa Estudio, a young and enthusiastic couple of architects dedicated to rescuing and reintegrating abandoned spaces, returning them to the community and its inhabitants. In this context, within a dilapidated 1960s house, Amasa Estudio radically transformed an inhospitable space from the ground up into a warm and functional home, combining cutting-edge materials and designs, thus regenerating every corner of the property for the enjoyment of its future owners.
