On the cliff of the River Neris, above the pine trees, we offer a unique outdoor terrace overlooking the waters of the river with a modern, stone-slate house that blends harmoniously into the surrounding greenery. Although the house is part of a small community, both inside and in the courtyard environment, you feel truly private. The impressively sized living room windows are left uncovered because behind them, there is a perfectly vivid picture of nature. The courtyard has several terraces where you can relax and enjoy both the sun and the peaceful shade of the pine trees. The main spaces – the living room, the kitchen, children’s rooms – are all on one level, while the main bedroom, with its walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, is located a few steps away from the main staircase. The spa area with a sauna, six-seater jacuzzi and billiard table is located in the basement.
