The architectural concept of the house was developed by architect Ausma Skujiņa, inspired by traditional Latvian threshing barn construction. The building features a distinctive pyramidal roof with a central skylight. By combining the second and third floors, it is possible to create a spacious and high mansard-style room.


The south façade includes a terrace overlooking the pond. A decorative boulder retaining wall was built to support the terrace structure.
Basement level (above ground): the project includes a garage, workshop, sauna, storage rooms, and boiler room. There is an option to repurpose the garage by replacing the doors with glazed windows.
Windows: brown PVC double-glazed windows.
Roof: Rannila metal covering (not insulated) with an openable ridge window and access to the chimney. Ventilation shafts are built into the chimney.
Construction: concrete foundations, 20 cm thick aerated concrete load-bearing walls, clad with yellow bricks.
