The bedrooms continue the same understated palette seen throughout the house, with soft natural materials, integrated joinery, and openings positioned to frame either the sea or the protected courtyards carved into the hillside. Bathrooms are designed with sculptural stone basins and muted finishes that echo the colours of the island itself.
One of the most distinctive elements of the property is the separate guesthouse, positioned beside a restored threshing floor and inspired by the simple geometry of traditional shepherd dwellings found across Tinos. Built with local stone and carefully integrated into the terrain, the structure creates a quiet secondary retreat within the estate while maintaining architectural continuity with the main residence.
Outdoor living defines much of the experience at Villa Litha. The elongated infinity pool appears to extend directly toward the horizon, bordered by sun terraces, shaded seating areas, and outdoor dining spaces protected from the summer wind. The design responds intelligently to the island’s topography and climate, using stone retaining walls and recessed volumes to create shelter while preserving openness toward the sea.
