This beautiful village house is located in Vilacolum, a small village just 4 kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Sant Pere Pescador. It has been carefully renovated down to the smallest detail by the owner and his Italian architect over many years.

It was important to create a cozy and authentic atmosphere under the criteria of Feng Shui. Both the upper and lower floors are accessed directly from the two adjacent streets without stairs.

The second floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, office and three suites, one of them with dressing room. An interior staircase leads from the living room to the basement with several rooms with Catalan vaults. There is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, a museum and another room that could also be used as a bedroom. From here there is access to the Mediterranean garden, which has a Jacuzzi and an elevated area with pergola.
