The estate is located in the municipality of Constantina, approximately 90 kilometers from the capital of Seville, within the Natural Park of Sierra Norte.

Currently, the olive farm is rainfed, although the property has infrastructure for its conversion to irrigation, including a reservoir. It also has subsidies from the CAP, for organic farming, and for being in the mountains.

Among the existing buildings, a two-story farmhouse stands out. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, guest toilet, two apartments with two bedrooms each, bathroom, small living room, integrated kitchen, and an apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are four apartments each with two bedrooms, bathroom, and a small living room with an integrated kitchen. The farmhouse retains original wooden ceilings.

Attached to the main house and with independent access, there is a leisure area with a large lounge, bar, and fireplace. Next to this area is the garden with a pool and a small auxiliary building that functions as a dressing room and storage.

The property is completely fenced and has diesel heating, connection to the electrical grid, well, automatic watering system. The running water in the house, which has a water softener, comes from a spring located on the estate. The furniture is optional, and the general state of conservation is good.

The property is located in a protected natural environment, surrounded by pastures, mountains, and olive groves. The area offers tranquility, open landscapes, and a rural lifestyle, with easy access to urban centers such as Constantina, which has basic services, a train station, and good road connections to Seville and other municipalities in the Sierra Norte.
