Brisa del Mar welcomes you with an impressive gravel driveway, manicured landscaping, a 2-car garage to the left of the front entrance, and a private fitness room/gym to the right. The fitness room includes both cardio- and weight machines, and free weights.




Once you enter the villa, you will be greeted by an impressive water feature that leads you along an extended corridor to the living- and dining room (with an indoor bar), and to the outdoor area with swimming pool.




The sliding doors of the living/dining room open completely to give you an incredible indoor-outdoor living space with view of the pool area and the ocean.




Relax in the gentle breezes on the large pool-deck and soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs. This is the perfect place to relax during the day and to enjoy a cocktail before dinner with your friends and family. Ask your bartender to mix your favorite drink or try one of the tropical specials like a piña colada, mojito, or a strawberry daiquiri.
