Personally, we get chills when we enter this house. Its almost as if its a sacred place. Maybe it is. It surely deserves the classification. Perched on its own above a river full of life, with vast views of the Pacific Ocean. Nobody will EVER interrupt your view and your serenity. The house will stand the test of time, It is not built with framing, or blocks, no no, this house is built like a church from Europe, thick strong poured concrete. Like walking into a museum, or a hotel. In fact it was designed after a church in Greece. And it will surely last as long. What you can't see in these photos is the exceptional quality of the material, and the craftmanship. We should also mention that the house comes furnished, down to the beautiful Buddha centerpiece. The furniture is brought here from Bali via a very well known decorator in town, who has been adorning only the finest hotels in Nosara for the last 20 years. If you know, you know. We would estimate the cost alone of this beautiful furniture to be around $100k. The house has been impeccably kept and cared for, by one owner, A couple who built it 12 years ago.
