The property has soils of mixed topography, including flat and sloping irrigation sectors, hills, and steeper hill slopes, with native vegetation to the north of the property.


The property is divided into two sectors: on one hand to the south, a patch of 55 hectares approx., Located between the Tinguiririca River and the public road (Route I-400), intended for annual crops. Retazo Norte, with 232 hectares of plains, slopes, and hills, exploited with 50 hectares of wine-producing vineyards in production, all with drip irrigation.
