A 263.8-hectare field that combines flat meadows with views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes and areas of native forest with the presence of adult coihues, úlmos, canelos, and myrtle trees.
It is made up of 168.7 hectares of improved pastures and the remaining 95.1 hectares of native forest.
It also has a network of interior roads in very good condition, drainage that allows working the meadows all year round, and a network of drinking fountains in all the paddocks. The perimeter fences are new and there is an electric fence inside the field.
It has three-phase electricity, a guest house, an office, a shed, warehouses, corrals, and a sleeve.
It also has a 2.7 l/s well and another 19 l/s well, both in the registration process.


It is currently dedicated to the production of boules and the fattening of cattle.
