The immediate surroundings combine native Patagonian forest, coastal marine wildlife, and unobstructed views of Cerro El Toro across the gulf. Natural hot springs, rivers, national parks, and the Carretera Austral lie twenty kilometers away. A property without direct precedent in the southern Chilean real estate market.
