Contemporary house, which makes high use of glass, fair-faced concrete walls and minimalist trends, creating environments integrated with the garden. Designed by the office Uma Arquitetos, disciples of Paulo Mendes da Rocha, which highlights modernity, natural lighting, and comfort. The external area has a heated swimming pool surrounded by a large garden. The social area is composed of a dining room that is between the kitchen and the gourmet area with barbecue and pizza oven. It is possible to isolate the kitchen and gourmet area by closing the retractable doors. The intimate area has four bedrooms with privative bathrooms. The top floor consists of a gym and solarium.
