The use of wood is one of Paulo Jacobsen's trademarks, and in this house it is the protagonist, providing a welcoming and comfortable aura. The living room has fully integrated environments, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to the outdoor area, where there is plenty of greenery and natural lighting. There are two gardens, one with jabuticaba trees and a fire pit, the other with a green wall with automatic irrigation. The rest of the living area comprises a dining room, a home theater, a half bath, and a kitchen with Kitchens cabinets.
