Also on the first floor there are two suites, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The outside area has a swimming pool and barbecue grill. On the upper floor is the master bedroom, with two closets, two bathrooms, and a veranda facing the sea. It has Cumaru hardwood floors, and Ipê doors, frames, door jambs, and ceilings. Natural ventilation opens to the entire garden, created and planned by a landscape designer using local plants from the Atlantic Forest and inserting others adapted to the region. It is considered one of the most beautiful houses in the Maraú Peninsula. It has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, television with Sky signal, and solar energy for water.
