The outside area is large and has, next to the master suite, a sauna, a hot tub, an outside table for meals, and sofas for resting. Down the hill towards the beach is the pier, spacious enough for yachts and speedboats, which is the entry point to this house and its leisure area with large barbecue grill with dining table fully covered giving this area a bungalow feel. On the beach area are three sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and spending hours relaxing in the sunlight. The property with its open concept was designed with the sunlight and winds that blow through the region in mind, creating a light and airy environment inside the house that few places have. The social area is composed of a living room and dining room with a view of the bay, and its kitchen is small, but complete with all the necessary items. In the intimate area, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms and double beds, and a bedroom that is in the external area of the house, which has a queen bed, a sofa, a table to work on, a 40-inch TV with home theater, and a minibar. The house has a power generator that works for the entire property.
