The Eagles Nest - situated upon a rocky nose, as if the whole valley belongs to his owner, thrones free and cheeky beyond the village. Though this awesome architectural jewel is part of it, the "Eagles Nest" is the villages crown and peak ! Dwellers will easily discover a brand new way of life, when the mountains around beam their varying lights upon the forest treetops. Or once in a while, when thunderstorms appear - heaven protects the peoples with it´s unique rainbow. Wonderful myths and stories are told about the spot, where "Eagles Nest" stands - on the most beautiful place in the Alps !
The building:
Created and built in the mid-seventies by famous architect H. Parson, the villa was completely renewed over many months, starting from 2015. The owners were always aware of their precious home that perfectly fits into the surrounding rocks, as well as into townscape. Firmly bricked into the rocks of the "Ötztaler Alps", the house is not in danger of any natural hazards (see "HORA" - Natural Hazard Overview & Risk Assessment Austria).
The whole property is unusually 3.000m² big ! A private driveway at the end of a dead end street leads you to the Eagles Nest´s entry. The building offers a four level, high-end living experience:
6 sleeping areas panoramic view included - promise deep and healthy sleep.
The georgeous kitchen provides the terrace, breakfast connoisseurs and party animals the same superb way.
3 bathrooms and 5 toiletts care for inevitables.
Fly like an eagle through the valley - while infact taking a swim in this extra-ordinary pool with some 40m².

Nobody in this valley, ever was in need of an alarm system.
If needed, a local pair will take care of the "Eagles Nest" and its garden.

"Eagles Nest´s" floors are white, warm epoxy resin...and irresistibly beautiful.
A small, wooden hut on the western end of the estate, may become a sauna-viewpoint-combination one day.
