Arenales” is an exclusive residential development in Recoleta, designed by the renowned Hampton-Rivoira studio. Located on Arenales Street, directly across from Plaza Vicente López, the project involved the restoration and enhancement of a building originally constructed in 1910. The goal was to preserve its original style and functionality while upgrading its quality and incorporating modern design elements.
The original four floors of the building were maintained, and seven additional levels were added. The original façade was preserved and restored, along with the entrance hall featuring marble staircases, Paris stone wall cladding, iron railings, original moldings, and ceilings.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with a north-facing orientation to the front and views over Plaza Vicente López.
