The striking building will fit perfectly into this coveted location south of Kurfürstendamm. Dark bricks over the light base form a classically elegant facade on Emser Straße. Skilfully cut units of exceptional construction quality and with particularly high-quality fittings are spread over seven floors. The stylish building includes first-class single apartments, prestigious apartments, spacious penthouses and even a house in the form of a charming coach house in the courtyard garden.
Deep, beautifully planted front gardens provide discreet screening and at the same time foreshadow a unique highlight: For the ALEXANDER offers a refuge in its courtyard - an opulent botanical garden complete with water feature,surrounded by native and exotic plants. Palm tree ferns, grasses and fragrant blossoms combine to create a tranquil green retreat in the middle of the metropolis. This private park was planned by the renowned Royal Garden Academy in Berlin- Dahlem.
Our solitaire is named after the famous fine mind, explorer and world traveler whose roots always drew him back home to Berlin - Alexander von Humboldt. The idea of creating a total work of art drove this charismatic explorer. His desire for new things, his endeavor to bring everything together and to constantly think ahead were visionary at the time - and are still highly topical today. That's why the foyers and staircases of the ALEXANDER also take up this explorer inspiration: Fans, showcases full of collectibles, luxurious wall designs in velvety warm colors, classy natural stones and special design tiles characterize the communal areas with unique flair.
