This Ownership Interest yearly provides 2 weeks of Winter allocation 1 week of Summer allocation plus 1 additional float week. All the Traditional Ritz Carlton amenities, daily services, Club restaurant, health club and spa. Slope side outdoor pools and hot tubs. Year round owner storage and valet underground parking while in residence. Membership also allows for unlimited additional per/diem Club use based on availability. Aspen at its best...the upcoming allocation schedule for 2024 allocation Winter weeks 1/13-1/20 and 1/20- 1/27. The week of 1/13 has already been committed to for 2024 so not available this first year. Summer week of 7/7-13 and float week is requasted for week of 7-12-20 (pending)
