* CARMEN - Carmen's extensive experience in negotiation, leadership and customer service, strives in making sure every client, friend or family’s interests are protected above all. Because of her successful negotiation skills both buyers and sellers, as well as colleagues, are treated with care and respect. Many of the colleagues she's had the pleasure to work with have commented on the process she follows to achieve a positive and successful Real Estate transaction.

* PETER - Before formally selling Real Estate as a Licensed Realtor, Peter was speculating in Real Estate with his family, buying homes, remodeling, and selling.
In 1982 Peter was Licensed at what now Realtors are calling the University of Block Brothers, aptly named as the training of all members was second to none. Top seller at Block, Peter soon moved to Bell Realty in West Vancouver. Buying the company as an owner and principal with other top selling Realtors in Bell.
Peter is a Hands-on kind of realtor who knows how to go to work for you in great representation. Together with his wife of 25 years now as a Real Estate team, are happy to put their skills together to help you accomplish all your Real Estate goals.
