A licensed real estate broker since 1996, Lisa has had many years of experience with the offshore market. Having lived in Hong Kong for three years, she actively works with investor clients interested in the Toronto residential market. She offers marketing services in both countries through the Sotheby's International Realty Co-Op Marketing and Referral Programs. As well, she is a proud member of the elite Hong Kong Jockey Club. She owns three horses, which she competes with and has been instrumental in the organization’s philanthropic efforts. This prestigious association has provided Lisa with valuable connections to many of the highest profile investors in Hong Kong.
Lisa Searchfield has had an exceptionally successful career in upscale real estate that has spanned the globe. Combining her love for horses with a passion for high end properties she has put together deals for an elite international client base that includes multi-million dollar equestrian and country lifestyle estates. At the same time, she has distinguished herself as a prime player in the downtown Toronto new condominium market, working with numerous developers throughout her career. She has sold in excess of $450 million in the residential and hotel condominium sectors at the 5-Star Trump Tower Toronto and the Four Seasons Private Residences in Yorkville.
