She applies her background in marketing, project management, sales, banking and construction to represent an impressive property portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury listings.

For decades, Ms. Williams has been quoted and interviewed numerous times in the press and founded Smart Girl Workshops in 2006 to teach women how to build wealth through real estate. She has taken an active volunteer role in the real estate profession by sitting on various real estate committees at the local (TRREB) and provincial levels (OREA). Since 2007, she successfully lobbied for revisions to various rules and by-laws while advocating for the increase in violation fines.

She is an accredited specialist in luxury homes, relocation, and seniors’ real estate. Ms. Williams is currently working towards obtaining her FRI designation (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute), an elite national designation awarded to real estate sales practitioners who have met rigorous education, experience, and membership requirements, and have agreed to adhere to the REIC Code of Professional Standards. She mentors new Realtors and is often consulted by colleagues to give an opinion on values, complex negotiations, transactional complications as well as landlord and tenant issues.
