Iris Andrews is a consummate Real Estate Broker, highly regarded for her 25 years of professionalism, friendly style and strong business acumen. She embodies exemplary standards, patience, a keen design sense and market savvy, which have culminated in many established friendships and repeat clientele.
Born in Germany, Iris resided in Toronto, engaging in a successful career in the Insurance industry, until she and her partner / husband, Brian launched and co-owned a notable Real Estate Brokerage. Iris and Brian relocated their real estate Brokerage to Prince Edward County in 2001, an easy transition as “The County” offers diverse communities, beautiful land, waterfront, scenery and a rich history, which appealed to their lifestyle and sensibility.
Some of Ontario’s most beautiful waterfront is found in Prince Edward County. The “island” community, referred to as “Ontario’s Hamptons", is located a mere 2 hours east of the GTA. Shaped by its renowned sandy beaches and burgeoning vineyards and wineries, the County has become a favoured vacation and relocation or retreat destination. The Andrews’ area of expertise also spans across the beautiful Northumberland Hills, abundant with rolling landscapes, rural and equestrian estates, farms, and trendy towns and villages that include Warkworth, Cobourg and Brighton.
Iris and Brian are proud of their recent association with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada.
When not selling real estate, Iris’ passion for breathing new life into old, finds her knees deep restoring century homes. She is passionate about animals, an enthusiast supporter of the arts and enjoys reading, design and travel. Iris and Brian enjoy close family ties with their 4 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren.
