Glenn M. Hant

Living my life in the Greater Toronto Area, I have developed a strong knowledge and understanding of what it means to live and work in such a diverse geographic area. My interest in real estate initially
originated from following the local real estate market and specifically, I developed a keen interest in the building and construction of new homes. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work in marketing as a business development executive and operated my own home renovation company. These experiences provided a key foundation for me to then launch my career in real estate.

My competitive drive and ambition as an individual have led to my involvement in challenging, growth-oriented activities throughout my life. For example, determined to try new things, several friends and I took our passion for mountain biking a step further into adventure racing, a physically and mentally demanding endurance multi-sport. Rounding out this desire to push myself, after shooting right-handed in golf for over 20 years, I had to make the switch to now playing left-handed (after enduring some personal injuries) … and I have taken that challenge into full swing! Over the past 10 years, I have also held positions of leadership on the board of directors at a private golf club, including two years as president.

My approachable and trusted nature, combined with my unwavering perseverance, translates into an intense focus to achieve my client’s goals with the highest level of professionalism and success.
