Andrew is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience as a Management Consultant, and Startup Entrepreneur, with a proven track record of success across many industries. Andrew has worked with CEOs of Fortune 500 companies to plan and execute on all aspects of turnarounds, and digital transformations in periods of high-stress and urgent pressure. He has also founded software companies, including a mobile application platform for video sharing, and a secure peer to peer health information sharing network.

Having lived in New York City for nearly 10 years, Andrew has returned to his home in Toronto to bring a fresh, analytical approach to real estate. Always passionate about making things more efficient and effective, he seeks to do the same for his clients at every opportunity. Andrew is a highly effective negotiator and develops numbers-driven, analytical frameworks to assist his clients in making decisions. He balances this passion to quantify with the considerations of his clients’ preferences and lifestyles. He has a very friendly and outgoing personality, making him lots of fun to work with.

From his career in consulting and startups, Andrew appreciates how important it is to have the information required make the right decisions, and he brings this rigor to real estate. Buying and selling real estate, either as a primary residence, vacation home or investment property is among the biggest financial moves one can make, and it’s also highly emotional with innumerable lifestyle factors, and personal preferences. Andrew naturally develops personal relationships with his clients so that he understands what they need and what they want. He has extensive knowledge with the local real estate markets and neighborhoods to ensure that his clients have the information required to make the right decisions.

Andrew holds degrees in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario. He is happily married, has a wonderful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, and lives in Little Italy, Toronto. He splits most weekends between cottages in Lake Simcoe and Lake Muskoka where he enjoys sailing his Hobie Cat. He is also a lifetime athlete, former swimmer, now an avid cyclist, squash player, sailor, weightlifter, and all around outdoors and exercise fanatic.
