Jane Zhang completely redefined what we thought a real estate agent could be. Jane is playing three dimension chess where the status quo play checkers. She presents an entirely top level of expertise, sound judgement and professional control. We have worked with several agents over the years and none have come even remotely close to Jane. From the very first phone call to our communications after closing, everything with her was beyond anything we could have expected. We had interviewed several agents to handle the sale of our home and no one came even remotely close to Jane. She presented a clear path of selling the house from the very first call, and we trusted her judgment on every detail. She was laser focused on every single detail, it was simply gorgeous and we knew the house was presented perfectly. We have a small baby and Jane was incredibly patient and understanding about our needs, she was generous and caring, and always made us feel taken care of as a top priority. We trust her wholeheartedly, and know that she has our very best interests at heart. We can not thank Jane enough. We will recommend her to every single person who needs the very best agent. We feel truly lucky to have had the opportunity to be represented by Jane.

Jane is the BEST realtor I have ever met.It was an absolutely great pleasure working with Jane on the recent sale of our homes, and the purchase of our new home. I have dealt with many real estate agents, and she is one of a kind. What sets her differently is that she listens to you, then she identifies your needs so accurately that you would doubt she has known you forever. She becomes a friend to us rather than just an agent, she takes us through the process and makes it a very enjoyable experience.During the sale of our old home, the way she coordinated the sales truly wowed us. She is extremely detail orientated and made sure the property was presented flawlessly. She is incredibly innovative and very sharp with her techniques. Due to her dedication and strong negotiation skills, we achieved record-breaking sales in the entire neighbourhood. After we sold a home, we found a new dream house within one month. Again, she made the process stress-free and let us truly know what it meant to be Hakuna Matata. Her extend of knowledge in the local real estate market helped us to secure a one-to-one negotiation opportunity with the seller, while there are other potential buyers in the picture. We got the best deal eventually. Buying / selling a home is one of the biggest transactions in life, and we trust Jane every step of the way. She made sure all our questions are being answered and, in the end, everybody is smiling. We’ve had a successful deal. She just gets an all-around great skillset. On a scale of 1-10, I would recommend Jane to my friends/family at a score of 10.
Jane Zhang is one of a kind – if you are lucky enough to have her as your agent, then rest assured that all stars are going to line up for you.I looked back to my recent experience of buying and selling a property with Jane’s help, and counted a few of the lucky stars: *Avoided roughly 20% costs other buyers in similar situation incurred – because Jane has Superior knowledge of the market and industry common practice, and has meticulous attention to detail. She made sure the clause was included to avoid hidden costs when I had no idea - until my lawyer explained to me how much cost I was lucky enough to avoid. *No hassle no headaches – because Jane took care of everything...I was carrying on daily live as usual, while Jane was hard at work dealing with problems big and small. When Jane is your agent, she is YOU. She took care of things as if the property was her own. Her dedication surpassed anything I can imagine – the effort and time she put in was something I would not even expect of my own family. *Profit exceeded expectation by ~20% -- only because Jane is a strategist and maximizer who is highly intelligent both intellectually and emotionally so she sees opportunities that others don’t see. She fought for every dollar harder, and smarter than I would ever be able to myself. So yes I had a really amazing experience buying and selling, and the only brilliant thing I did was asking Jane to be my agent.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to Jane Zhang and Sotheby’s. When we decided to formally list our home for sale, we had many choices to choose from given the fact that we have had and have sold large luxury homes in the past. What impressed us about Jane was that she understood this and worked very hard to gain our trust. She prepared a solid marketing plan for us to consider. Ultimately we decided to have Jane represent us alongside another company to co-market our property given we had dealt with them in the past. What impressed me the most about Jane was her willingness to work with another agent and to fully commit to representing us professionally. Additionally she was consistent in her approach, never wavered from her core belief in the value of our home and us as a couple. She understood that we did not need to sell our home and worked within that framework. Jane played the lead role in selling our house and we are pleased to say we sold our home in less than 3 months and had multiple offers! This rarely happens in our selling price range ***Twenty Million Range Offering At $21,000,000 ***which reflects on the reach of Sotheby’s and Jane’s reputation. We sold our home for a record price and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend Jane and Sotheby’s to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. We will definitely use Jane again in the future! THANK YOU JANE!
