With warming ginger, a blend of invigorating citrus notes, and the brilliant hue of Blue Curaçao, our special cocktail, “1744”, is a nod to the founding year of Sotheby’s Auction House, and sets the tone for a colourful evening.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3⁄4 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1⁄2 oz Ginger Liqueur
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar Syrup
- Candied ginger (for garnish)
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin, top with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with candied ginger.
