I found Claire to be extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace, and extremely patient with helping me understand it. Her pre-purchase guidance and Care were very reassuring very comforting and her care and expertise did not end once an offer has been made. She helped me craft a reasonable offer that was ultimately successful and was entirely to my satisfaction. Once the offer has been accepted her job continued and her help was invaluable in guiding me through the process of finding tenants, in this regard, her service and time spent with me went beyond what I would have thought her duties would entail. I don't know if I will buy other properties but I definitely know I will recommend her to anyone who tells me they are thinking of making purchases and I know when the time comes for me to sell one of my homes I will have her as the listing agent.

Throughout the buying of our new house and selling our old house, you have been a solutions provider. This process could not have happened without you as the catalyst. So many examples: Connecting us with the mortgage person on Saturday so we could have financing prior to the 5:30 pm walkthrough, you already had the documentation completed for the offer prior to us doing the walkthrough to save time, you strategically suggested an offer based on comparable recent sales in the neighborhood and the buyer's motivation to sell, by noon the next day the buyer accepted our offer. After completing the deal, you suggested the moving POD and what needed to be done to stage our house. You actually rolled up your sleeves and helped clean the house along side us so it was photographer-ready. Your photography team and your brochure made our property very attractive. We had six offers in 5 days and we accepted one. Your communication with us throughout the process has been stellar. You have been my realtor for 12 years, you are professional, have a sense of urgency, and always respond quickly. I fully recommend you to anyone interested in selling or buying a property.

After 3 years of looking at houses with other agents, Claire was able to work with us to quickly identify the right place for us, and was able to show us neighborhoods that we weren't familiar with, yet turned out to be perfect for us.
