I found Claire to be extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace, and extremely patient with helping me understand it. Her pre-purchase guidance and Care were very reassuring very comforting and her care and expertise did not end once an offer has been made. She helped me craft a reasonable offer that was ultimately successful and was entirely to my satisfaction. Once the offer has been accepted her job continued and her help was invaluable in guiding me through the process of finding tenants, in this regard, her service and time spent with me went beyond what I would have thought her duties would entail. I don't know if I will buy other properties but I definitely know I will recommend her to anyone who tells me they are thinking of making purchases and I know when the time comes for me to sell one of my homes I will have her as the listing agent.
Claire was thorough, helpful and had a keen eye for what we were looking for. We'll never forget the time she texted us from an agents' open with a picture of an outdoor garden hose and a bunch of exclamation marks because she knew that this was important to us. She was fun to spend time with both in-person and over text/email. She stuck with us through the three months prior to moving to the North Shore and the seven months it took us to find our home. Thanks, Claire!
Claire has been our realtor ever since we moved to Vancouver more than 5 years ago. I've dealt with many other realtors in the past, but Claire really stands out in the crowd. She's not only extremely knowledgable of the buildings and neighborhoods we toured in Vancouver, but she brings sincerity, authenticity, and heart to her work and her relationships. If you want to deal with a superb realtor and a wonderful human being, Claire is the person for you.
Throughout the buying of our new house and selling our old house, you have been a solutions provider. This process could not have happened without you as the catalyst. So many examples: Connecting us with the mortgage person on Saturday so we could have financing prior to the 5:30 pm walkthrough, you already had the documentation completed for the offer prior to us doing the walkthrough to save time, you strategically suggested an offer based on comparable recent sales in the neighborhood and the buyer's motivation to sell, by noon the next day the buyer accepted our offer. After completing the deal, you suggested the moving POD and what needed to be done to stage our house. You actually rolled up your sleeves and helped clean the house along side us so it was photographer-ready. Your photography team and your brochure made our property very attractive. We had six offers in 5 days and we accepted one. Your communication with us throughout the process has been stellar. You have been my realtor for 12 years, you are professional, have a sense of urgency, and always respond quickly. I fully recommend you to anyone interested in selling or buying a property.
Claire has been my agent for many years as I have moved from Maple Ridge to Downtown Vancouver to New West. In all cases, she has been the most professional and thorough realtor I have known. What stands Claire apart from the rest is how she completes the deal for her client no matter what the obstacles are. She is always available and very willing to explore new strategies in order to find what her client wants and needs.
Claire is a fantastic realtor. We have worked with Claire for three transactions over twelve years and every experience has been excellent. Claire makes us feel like the most important clients and I would highly recommend her for your buying and selling!
Claire goes above and beyond her intended role and truly walks beside clients in a, what can be, a very difficult process. Claire is professional and communicates well with other professionals. Claire is easy to get along with, connect with and is open to all/any questions in a non-judgemental manner. Claire is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She is an invaluable guide and I would absolutely work with her again.
Claire was absolutely outstanding. After 3 years of looking at houses with other agents, Claire was able to work with us to quickly identify the right place for us, and was able to show us neighborhoods that we weren't familiar with, yet turned out to be perfect for us. Unlike other agents, she listened to our concerns and was able to translate that into clear actionable items - and then screened places for us, saving us a lot of time by eliminating houses that we didn't need to see. Once we found the right house, she successfully helped us negotiate both selling an existing condo, and the purchase of our house during the worst of the recession in 2008, up against a developer and his agent who were not negotiating in good faith. She went above and beyond to get the deal done and made sure both transactions worked out well for us. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated representative or a more knowledgeable one. We've recommended Claire to our other friends who needed an agent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else buying a house in Vancouver.
If you or anyone you know are in need of an amazing realtor who is super knowledgeable, consistently goes above and beyond, and exceeds expectations, please Think Claire. We've had quite few realtors over the years with the sale and purchase of our homes and rental properties and she is by far the best of the best!
After twenty years of working with Claire as my real estate agent, I am pleased to recommend her for outstanding service and expertise, especially after the recent sale of my home in March 2020. Not only was she professional and creative marketing my property, but she also sold it during a pandemic! Claire has always been straightforward making everything clear and providing great advice in relation to all aspects of my home sales such as pricing, timing to go to market, staging, and more. Claire has been amazingly efficient and proactive in helping things run smoothly but never more so than this time in history as we went to market when things were grinding to a halt. When you hire Claire, you get a dedicated realtor to get you through the selling process with ease and care, no matter what! I would highly recommend Claire without hesitation, hands down.
I came from a really bad experience from a Realtor when I first tried to sell my condo. I sought out another Realtor. I found Claire and within minutes of talking with Claire, I knew she was the right Realtor for me! She said that she would not push me into a deal that I was not comfortable with and she did exactly that. Selling a home is not an easy task especially when it is tenanted. Claire dealt with my tenants with consideration and respect, which was important to me. Claire makes you feel like you are her only client. She responds to your questions quickly, which is important, particularly if there are issues that need to be dealt with. This is my second property, so, I have experience with the process of selling a home. I can not recommend Claire enough for her services. She is heads and shoulders above most Realtors. She has great people skills and a professionalism that will help you sell or buy your property quickly!
Claire was extremely organized and strategic about selling my property. She understood the needs of the market and how to prepare for a quick but smooth sale. She understands both details and big picture, which are two important aspects to this process. I would recommend Claire to other friends and colleagues after my experience.
