1.The Lessee shall provide a proof of 2M tenant liability insurance prior to the commencement of the term and shall keep the insurance for the duration of the Lease. 2.Landlord require a credit check and/or proof of finance and/or an employer letter before signing a lease at his entire satisfaction. 3. No pets allowed. No short-term rentals as per building rules. 4. The property is a no smoking zone, no drug legal or not will be tolerated. No cannabis cultivation. 5. The tenant may not sublet or assign his lease without the written consent of the landlord, who, upon written request, may not refuse without serious reason. Short-term sub-leasing in whole or in part as Airbnb or other is prohibited. 6. The owner will be able to access the unit for maintenance (24 hr notice). 7. The tenant will have to pay the fines charged to the owner invoiced by the administration. 8. Tenant will be responsible for the loss of the key.
9. Moving fees will be paid by the tenant. Tenant must reserve the elevator according to the policies of the building.
