I contacted Niki after noticing she had a listing in a building I was interested in. Having lived north of the city for over 20 years, I was looking to return and engage in condominium living in a popular downtown area. After introductions via email, we met to view two units in the building I had been admiring. (Niki also showed me two other listings in the city the very same day to compare.) All showings were set up seamlessly. Niki's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Having my first solo purchase transpire with an agent that is dependable, professional and has her client's best interests at heart was the key! Thank you Niki.

We met Niki after our search for accommodation became urgent upon relocating to Toronto. Initially we contacted several realtors but soon realized we were not making headway. Most of them were focused on securing clients the quickest way possible. Once Niki was aboard everything changed for the better. She made it easier to view suitable properties through an online rental platform and kept us updated on a daily basis on new units coming up. She started by assessing our needs, carefully giving her insights on the suitability of the properties based on her knowledge of the market, price, and likely upcoming developments in the neighbourhoods. She was keen to arrange viewings at short notice, always positive and indefatigable in her effort to ensure we got the right place. Within two weeks, we found a suitable unit. Niki is well organized and she was a delightful person at every stage. She gives her work a personal touch and makes what seemed initially gruelling a flawless experience. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to get the right property in Toronto.

Niki has supported me twice now when looking for a rental. Both times the term 'above and beyond' does not even cover it!! Niki is transparent, intelligent and cares greatly about finding you the best new home for your budget, needs and wants! Niki is one in a million. Thanks for everything. Hopefully next time I reach out to you we will be searching for something to buy!!!

Niki was beyond incredible. She learned our likes and dislikes extremely quickly; she made herself available at a moment's notice to view any and all properties; she investigated prospective units ahead of us to ensure we wouldn't waste our time; and she served as a patient, calming, reassuring influence during what may otherwise have been a very stressful time. We cannot emphasize enough how fantastic our experience with her was.

I met Niki through a listing. When she showed me the place it was not to my liking but I could see that she had a very good grasp of what I was looking for after our initial conversation. A few days later she was able to lock down some key units for viewings and we got the right place!!! I love it and cannot thank Niki enough. She’s professional throughout her day to day and her work ethic is unmatched! If you are looking for a place make sure you call her first!

I had the pleasure of working with Niki in my search for a rental property in Toronto in June 2018. Niki has an incredible work ethic and is always reliable, punctual, and courteous. Her most important quality however is her trustworthiness. She is always working with you, with your best interest in mind, to help you secure the best property. She also shares her honest opinion and important subtle facts regarding any property so as to allow you to make the best decision possible. Her care through all steps of the transaction were key to providing us with ease of mind throughout the process. I seriously cannot recommend her enough.

Working with Niki was seamless. She knew exactly what I was looking for immediately upon meeting. She was able to find a place for me within a couple of weeks and did everything she could to ensure I landed it. She was always available and genuinely cared about me and what I wanted. It was a pleasure working with her and I am glad that it was her that was able to find my home.

Me and my roommate were moving out for our first time and Niki found us the perfect place in downtown Toronto in a short time period. But more importantly she was someone who we knew we could trust and rely on to help us with this new journey. She was there every step of the way to guide us and help us find the perfect condo. I would definitely work with her again!
