“ When we decided to sell our Dorval waterfront home, we decided to choose one of two high profile real estate firms that were available to us. Unfortunately for us, we chose the wrong one first and there was hardly any activity for over one year. Even though we were not in a hurry to sell, we felt we were going nowhere with that firm.
