We had the privilege of listing our house with Marco. Right from the beginning, Marco took his job very seriously with the precise professionalism. He made our home selling expreience extremely comfortable & secured the desired results. We must comment that Marco is not only immensely knowledgeable but also one of the most proficient real estate representatives in the City.

Marco was the consummate professional in listening to our needs and responding with many choices for us to consider. He was patient, displayed a deep understanding of the overall buying process and advised us when there were deficiencies which we should consider. I would have no problem working with Marco again and wish him the best in his endeavours.

Recently I hired Marco as my real estate agent as a first-time home buyer. I found his skills and honest advice exceeded my expectations, and better helped me to understand the realities of home ownership. He's was easily accessible when required and worked hard to arrange viewings on a range of suitable properties which better provided me with a clear understanding of what the market and my budget had to offer. He is extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and can appreciate the needs of his clients when providing advice.

I hired Marco as my real estate agent to help me find my 1st home, a condo. I decided to hire Marco after seeing first hand the fantastic results he delivered in finding homes for two of my family members. Marco once again did a fantastic job and I ended up finding my home on the very 1st day of house hunting. I would definitely recommend Marco to those in search of a new home.

Rarely do you come across a real estate agent who provides a detailed market assessment directed toward a client's unique requirements. Marco not only exhibited an in depth understanding of the housing marking, but was able to explain how it would impact and reflect my personal housing search. As a first time home buyer, I never felt pressured during our visits - - Marco made it easy and stress-free. I have recommended Marco to my group of new home buyers and will continue to endorse Marco as one of Toronto's top real estate agent

Very professional agent. Approached him in order to list my unit and he was great to deal with and easy to work with. Explained the process to me in detail which is something my previous agent never bothered to do. My unit sold in the time he predicted and again I appreciated the professionalism and great marketing tools he used! Will definitely use again in the future!

Marco is probably Toronto's best realtor! Seriously, I've bought and sold many properties over the years, but rarely do you find a realtor with knowledge, class, and great advice. He's got his finger on the pulse of the market and he's never to busy to take a call. I highly recommend him!

Marco is not only a great realtor, but makes you feel comfortable and treats you like a friend. He is very patient and empathizes that home buying is a huge decision. He willingly changes course, based on buyers request, and works all hours of the day to ensure the best service. Trust in him is easily gained after the first home visit, he knows exactly what to show you.
