Linda is very and most importantly a pleasure to work with. I know that most will have read the previous sentence and have only seen a string of positive adjectives. Recently we sold a unit which was not yet closed with the builder. This sale was very complicated as most agents don’t understand the process and it requires coordination with Lawyers and the builder. Linda worked with everyone, helped other agents through the process and eventually got it done. Additionally, thanks to Linda’s diligence, we have never had any problems or concerns with any renter Linda has put into our units.

My wife and I worked most closely with Linda Chu and we were deeply touched by her deep and sympathetic understanding of our situation, her knowledge and professionalism (she always explained things clearly to me and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the market), and most especially by her kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity.
