Linda is very and most importantly a pleasure to work with. I know that most will have read the previous sentence and have only seen a string of positive adjectives. Every word in that sentence is merited. When you’re working with Linda, she speaks to you as a partner and there is no doubt that she is on your side. During our first sale, Linda brought us a reasonable offer which we declined. Most agents would have tried to persuade us into taking the offer or given up and moved on to easier sales. Not Linda. She simply went back to doing what she does best and, within 3 days, we had 2 competitive bids which concluded in a sale.
Linda does her homework and will not waste your time. Everything is well researched and presented to you in a professional manner which anyone can understand. Recently we sold a unit which was not yet closed with the builder. This sale was very complicated as most agents don’t understand the process and it requires coordination with Lawyers and the builder. Linda worked with everyone, helped other agents through the process and eventually got it done. Additionally, thanks to Linda’s diligence, we have never had any problems or concerns with any renter Linda has put into our units.
