Testimonial for Karen Conyers:When I decided to put my condo up for sale, I was hesitant when hiring a realtor having had a couple of bad experiences with realtors in the past with other properties.Karen Conyers was highly recommended to me by a friend and at our first meeting I was pleasantly surprised. It was such a positive experience for me when she took the time to get to know me and really familiarize herself with my property and the neighborhood which included showing me comparison properties so that she could offer her sound advice on the best list price and strategies to achieve the most positive outcome. The consummate professional, Karen handled everything from gathering all the needed minutes from my strata, discussing tips with me that would show my condo in the best light, to showing up to all client showings early and prepared. Karen also took care of hiring a photographer to take photos that showcased my home in the most stunning way, highlighting the best features in each room. The brochure that she presented to clients featuring my home made it look like a high-end show home. The photos sparked several interested clients right from day one and Karen started booking appointments the very next day. We had several showings per day and within a week of listing, we had multiple quality offers. Karen handled the multiple offers in the most respectful way going over each one of them with me and finally giving me the tools to decide for myself which one was the best to go with. The final sell price closed at 42,000 above asking price. What an amazing result.I would highly recommend Karen Conyers with 100% confidence that she is the realtor that will represent your listing and the sale of your property with the best results possible.Sincerely,Cori Young

Karen is an excellent real estate agent. She has an excellent understanding of current market values and my condo was sold in a short few months. She answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable as she conducted showings during Covid-19. If you are considering selling your home, I would highly recommend Karen; you are in good hands.Marilyn

"I am very pleased to write a testimonial for Karen Conyers. When my husband passed away and I had to sell my house and down-size, Karen helped me through the scary prospect of buying a suitable new home for the first time on my own. She guided me through the process of selling my house and negotiating very favourable terms. She not only gave me great advice on how to present the house to prospective buyers, but helped me with staging when I needed some assistance. She helped me to get a deal with the purchasers so that I could stay in my house until my new home was built and ready for occupancy. Karen went beyond the purely transactional service and made a stressful time easier to navigate. Thank you, Karen. I would not only recommend her to anybody, the next time I need a realtor I will be sure to call her. Sincerely, Edi dePencier"
“I had the pleasure of working with Karen Conyers during my recent search for a condo in the White Rock/South Surrey area. The best thing about Karen is that she really listens to what you want. I had a short turnaround time as my home had already sold and I appreciated Karen’s ability to keep me focused on what I wanted but also worked at providing other options when the search grew difficult. Communication was essential to making me feel comfortable with my purchase and Karen always kept me up to date and informed as we moved through the process. Lastly, Karen has a terrific sense of humour; important when things get frustrating. I would encourage anyone to benefit from Karen and her Sotheby's team’s knowledge and experience in meeting their real estate needs.”~A. Lorentsen

Karen Conyers was an absolute delight to work with; thanks to her I was able to find a new home in a short period of time. Upon meeting Karen I knew from the start that I had made the right decision in making her my agent. She was very articulate, patient and professional, but importantly she always addressed any concerns that I had. Karen was more than willing to go the extra mile in making my house hunting the best experience it could be. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent that will exceed their expectations. Thank you again for such a great service.Kind Regards,Grace Bulakowska

July 17, 2012To Whom it May Concern:Re: Karen Conyers – Professional RealtorRecently my wife and I sold our 6th real estate property in BC over the past 12 years in order to complete the purchase of our 7th.Although we had previously used the “Big Names” in our other 12 transactions, we did not feel we were getting the best attention to our needs. So, this time out, we interviewed even more prospective agents to find a good fit and came across Karen Conyers. Wow… what a nice surprise! Not only did Karen make us feel as if we were her most important clients (even though she obviously had others to work for as well), but the results she achieved for us were everything we could hope for. What Karen brought to the task was a tireless effort, brilliant creativity, wonderful presence and uncompromising principles. The marketing materials she had prepared were not only first class, they are practically collectibles (we kept some just to show our friends.)As a result, we got the best price we could have expected in the shortest period of time possible. Meanwhile, our experience with purchasing our new townhouse was so enjoyable and stress-free it was more fun than effort. In fact, I think the best description would be to say, “It was a complete pleasure.”Please feel free to contact the undersigned to discuss in further detail why I would never consider contracting anyone but Karen Conyers to buy or sell real estate in British Columbia. She is just that good!Sincerely,DPLeier Dale P. Karen:It is hard to believe that almost a year has gone by since we sold our house in Burnaby and purchased our townhouse in Delta, BC.As our Realtor for both the buying and selling of our homes, you played a very important role in us successfully downsizing to the townhouse and meeting our retirement financial goals.Your positive attitude, your professionalism and enthusiasm and excellent follow-up skills are qualities that made the selling and buying process less stressful and easier for my wife Linda and I to deal with. And as an added bonus, you helped our Daughter and her husband, purchase their first home, a Condo in White Rock.We are very happy in our new home and want to extend our thanks to you for helping us make it happen.Barry.Feb 22, 2012.
Karen,Thank you so much for all the time you spent helping us sell our home. It means so much that you were available for the showings (all 57 of them) and open houses. And the rare time you weren't available Winston was. It was like having two realtors in one! Thank you for checking in on our home while we were on vacation and being in constant communication with us. The process of selling & buying was draining but you were professional, supportive and attentive throughout the whole process and that was so helpful. Thank you for the hours & hours & hours you dedicated to us!! Shanna
If you want an individual that will go above and beyond, then you’ve picked the right Realtor with KAREN CONYERS. Our experience together was purely by happenstance or proxy when she filled in on short notice, for a viewing in July, 2012; I was in search of a place for my upcoming retirement in South Surrey/White Rock. This lead to other viewings, one of which I decided to make an offer to purchase and Karen agreed to represent me. She is friendly, courteous, and very skillful with great attention to detail. She was more than prompt in answering any inquiries I put forth, made especially difficult for her at times, as this offer to purchase was in a mobile home park with the added issue of me residing in another province. It was a busy, hectic, two month journey with a successful completion in later August, 2012 and I’m so glad I had her to assist in this endeavor. I highly recommend Karen.A very pleased client, Avril Thorpe
We cannot thank Karen Conyers enough for all her help! Not only was she professional and a pleasure to work with but she was the ONLY agent who understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. We were impressed with her knowledge of all the neighbourhoods we looked at as well as the real estate market in general. She was patient with us and helped us with every detail from beginning to end. If you want a realtor who really cares and will work hard for you, call Karen. Ross and Karen S.
I wanted to drop you a note to say how pleased we are with Karen and Winston Conyers. They did an amazing job with the sale of our home. Karen and Winston left a lasting impression on us not only with the degree of professionalism of which they greatly exuded, but in also making us feel like part of the Sotheby's family. You have an amazing team in Karen and Winston and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home.My very best to you and the Sotheby's Realty on a service well done!

Karen and her husband Winston went above and beyond what I expected in a real estate agent. Karen had been helping me for about two years in shopping for a place to call home. Her relaxed attitude and knowledge of the industry gave me complete confidence in giving her my listing. My home was sold within a week on the market and was due to a realistic appraisal and lot of time spent with interested buyers. Her help continues as I prepare to move even though she is a very busy lady. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional realtor who puts her clients needs first.

We had trouble selling our home with previous realtors but when we enlisted Karen & Winston as our realtors, we received multiple offers shortly after. They not only gave great advice, but collaborated with us in a professional and meaningful way. The attention to detail was impeccable. Not once did Karen & Winston suggest to lower the sale price, but instead showed the true value of the property. To anyone seeking exceptional service and extensive experience, wewithout-a-doubt recommend Karen & Winston. We will be using their services again on future properties.Karen & Winston: Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

As a first time homebuyer, Karen made the entire process incredibly positive. She was able to narrow in on what I was looking for quickly and provide accurate recommendations. She encouraged viewing anything of interest (she never made me feel it was inconvenient or unnecessary). Her industry expertise allowed me to breathe easy - and she proactively flagged many details that were "off" and made me feel confident and comfortable in my assessments. Once I found the perfect condo, she continued to go above and beyond to answer my many questions quickly and thoroughly. Organized, knowledgeable, efficient, considerate, and on top of that, she was so personable that in a stressful decision process, I found myself having laughs along the way. Would recommend Karen in a heartbeat, and will absolutely choose her to represent me when I am in the market again.Jennifer Fatkin

It was such a pleasure to deal with Karen. She was such a hard working agent. Even though we know we weren’t her only clients, it sure felt like we were. She was always available whenever we needed her. She did an amazing job and made our moving experience a very positive one. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to move.

We met Karen and Winston by chance, we started talking and my husband and I decided we wanted Karen and Winston to help us find our new family home. It has been such a wonderful experience, they listen to you and do everything they can to give you the home you are dreaming of, even when we kept changing our minds. They have so much knowledge about real estate, patience, and well they are just wonderful people. I would tell anyone that if you have Karen and Winston as your real estate agents you are in great hands!Sincerely Kelly Richardson
Amazing support and professional advice throughout our time attempting to sell a most beloved and memory-filled home, and all this in the time of a pandemic! Karen, to be honest, was also like a good therapist, and not just a great real estate agent! Downsizing can be (and is!) a quite traumatic event, but she was always there to support us!
