阅读更多Ashley did an excellent job selling both of our homes and representing us in a purchase. We put a lot of pressure on her to deliver within certain parameters and she met those with confidence. Her constant communication and collaboration with us was important. We would not hesitate to work with Ashley again, or recommend her to others.

We are happy with our choice of Sotheby’s & Ashley Shaw to sell our home! We felt they provided a very professional full service when preparing us to list our home! Once listed they were on top of every aspect of the sale! In the end we sold our home in 45 days! We would not hesitate to recommend this agency & agent!

Shelley and I wanted pass along our most sincere thanks for the “beyond-amazing” job that you did in selling our home. From the time of our first meeting several months in advance of our listing, you were completely in tune with our “plan” and promised us that you would help make it happen. It has been our experience, that many realtors
over-promise and then under-produce, whereas your approach is the complete opposite. From start to finish, you provided us with honest, confident and educated advice, demonstrated a keen sense of the changing market and devised a tailored strategy for selling our home – and then executed it flawlessly.
Prior to us listing our home, you were only too kind to field our many inquiries in relation to market conditions and current listings. Upon us finally listing our home, you repeatedly assured us that your priorities were to completely satisfy us with excellent representation and to sell our home for the highest price possible. You repeatedly told us that you wouldn’t be happy unless we were happy…well please know that we could not be happier! The targeted mailer that you devised, the countless showings and follow-ups with prospective buyers as well as the manner in which you represented us in offer negotiations was outstanding from start to finish. YOU made the sale of our home for the price it sold for possible and in the process, set a new record for the highest sale price (by a mile) in our area! To accomplish this after having set the previous record selling price for the area when you sold one of our neighbour’s homes – an awesome performance record to say the least!
Ashley, many realtors LIST homes, whereas you actually SELL homes and go above and beyond for your clients in order to not only sell their home for the highest price possible but also in the shortest period of time possible minimizing the disruption in your client’s lives. Any prospective client of yours should feel fortunate to have you represent them in the purchase or sale of their home and rest assured that if/when we choose to return to the GTA, YOU will be our first call to assist us in the process.
Many thanks again Ashley, we could not have done it without you!

Ashley has been our Realtor for the past 3.5 years as we searched to find our dream home. After sticking with us through 50+ house viewings, a dozen lost bidding wars, and every type of obstacle that got thrown in the way, she really got to know us, and what we value in a home. We did find our dream home after all (woot woot!!), and Ashley made the buying process seamless. When it came time to sell our current house, her expertise allowed us to sell in ONE day. We put our trust in Ashley and she delivered. THANK YOU for all of your help during this process and for dealing with the ‘pickiest’ house hunters of all time

We received lots of great advice from Ashley about how to prepare for listing and selling our home. Ashley was able to have someone come in right away and take beautiful professional pictures that really captured all the assets our home had to offer. Ashley used these pictures to advertise our house in multiple newspapers and magazines that reached a huge potential buying market. After my wife and I decided that we only wanted to live on two streets in the same neighborhood we thought we would be handcuffing Ashley. She took this as a challenge and hand wrote personalized notes to every house. Sure enough, her hard worked paid off. We were able to view our new house and purchase it before it even went on the market. Ashley was very helpful in showing us what to look for during the viewings and gave us lots of great advice. We ended up with a fantastic home in a great neighborhood, and we're really grateful to Ashley for all of her help. Our whole experience from start to finish was first-class, and we're glad to have chosen Ashley and her team to guide us through this transition.

Ashley Shaw is a real estate agent who offers her clients an intuitive spirit accompanied by an in depth knowledge of the current market.
Ashley will take the time to develop a relationship that seeks to understand the needs of the individual, couple or family searching for their next home.
She is a capable agent that introduces relevant and current statistics to her clients' wish list and works to establish realistic goals in finding the perfect home or the right buyer. Ashley found our family's current home by listening to not only our needs and wants, but by what she was able to assess of what the market had to offer.

How lucky we were by happenchance to meet Ashley Shaw at an open house! Things happen for a reason. Within the day, Ashley became our realtor for both
selling and buying transactions. Within 3 weeks, she sold our condo in record time at a record price for our condo building! To top it off, the same day of the sale,
she guided and supported us to the property match that would lead to us buying our new house, soon to be our home. Ashley was cheerful, careful and
professional, and ultimately worked very hard in our best interests. Quite impressive and well done!

Ashley was incredibly professional, friendly and organized. She kept us informed every step of the way and gave us phenomenal advice about what we had
to do to make our house more desirable. Her detailed listing, pictures, floor plan and knowledge of the area, both where we purchased and sold, only added to
services she offered. Not only did Ashley sell our house, but she sold it in one day for more that list price. As for the purchase of our house, she managed to
negotiate a great deal. Ashley delivered nothing short of outstanding work, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Our move into our dream house would
not have been possible without Ashley.

Ashley, we can't be more appreciative and grateful for our recent real estate adventure with you. Selling a house is not very simple, without an agent, it's
stressful and time-consuming. Luckily for us, our experience with you has helped us with confidence, that we bought a house and sold our own for a
satisfying price and within just a few days. As a hard-working agent, you are very helpful and always put your best effort into your work. Your suggestions
helped to find potential buyers and you prepared all of the paperwork, which we could not have done ourselves. Everything worked out perfectly and smoothly,
all thanks to you. We don't think it's possible to be more appreciative of your work. Thanks Ashley!

Being first-time home buyers, we were not exactly sure how to proceed through the buying process, with so many elements to it, we felt overwhelmed.
Ashley Shaw was simply fantastic! She was thoroughly educated on how to find, make and offer and secure a new home. She was very helpful and provided
us with the guidance we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. We were able to reach her immediately at any time and never once felt that we were
less than top priority for her. Thank you so much Ashley for your hard work, dedication and guiding us through our first home purchase. We would not hesitate
to recommend Ashley to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Ashley, your professionalism and being able to read our needs, perhaps even better than our family could express, is second to none. We can't stress enough
how we appreciate how you have been able to guide us incredibly through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend your services and work with
you again. Upon meeting with us initially about listing our home, you came to us fully prepared, having researched the neighbourhood and what we could
reasonably anticipate. You came with a full marketing plan in hand and were able to advise and position a price-point that was not only correct for the market,
but which provided a level of interest that allowed for a sale price through multiple offers at close to 10% above list. We couldn't be more pleased in looking for
a new home for our family, you were patient and noted our needs and preferences and were able to seek out an opportunity in an area in which we were so pleased
to find a gem of a home in! While the home appeared to have been sold, you monitored it and ultimately when it fell through, your timeliness and rapport
with the listing agent allowed us to get in and scoop up an excellent opportunity, for which we are truly grateful. Ashley, again from the bottom of our hearts,
thank you so much for your assistance and we look forward to a long continued relationship...yet now that we have found our new home, we don't want to
move again for a very long time, so we will enthusiastically continue to refer you to friends and family!

From the moment we met Ashley, we knew she was fantastic. With her warm, cheery personality, we immediately felt like we had known her for a long time.
She listened to what we really wanted and had come prepared to discuss the details. She had researched the neighbourhood, the house, and the community
prior to our meeting. She asked what was important to us and was knowledgeable and had stats to back up her opinions. Through the process, Ashley
provided great advice and was always available and willing to talk us through the details. Her strategy for selling our house impressed us and she stayed
calm and firm through the negotiation process. During the reviewing offers stage, we overheard Ashley say to another agent, "Integrity is a value we strongly
believe in and we are committed to ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and equally." Through her actions, it has been clear that integrity is of utmost
importance to Ashley and her team. We were thrilled to sell at more than 15% over asking price with a firm offer after being listed only one week. We would
highly recommend Ashley Shaw and her team to everyone.

Ashley was amazing from beginning to end! We had multiple real estates to choose from (past agents and friends) but when we met Ashley we knew she was the right choice. She was professional yet so easy to talk to. We knew she was only thinking of our best interest during every decision we had to make. She represented us well and we would HIGHLY recommend her to others. Thanks Ashley for making the process so easy, with no stress.
