What do I want when I work with a real estate agent? It's a short list but it's comprised of some very important items. A professional, preferably full-time agent, with integrity and energy, who will be accessible and work on my behalf. I could shorten this list to just two words - Tammy Masoumi of Sotheby's. Each time my rental property needs a new tenant, she finds a wonderful one. Need I say more?

We currently live in Kitchener but our children and grandchildren have been gradually settling in Toronto. Naturally, we have been wanting to move closer to them but were very undecided about the area of the city that would be best for us.We first met Tammy Masoumi two years ago when we started looking for a new home. I am sure that we were not the easiest of clients because we dragged Tammy through the suburbs of North York and midtown before finally settling on the Queens Quay area. Tammy was very professional showing us places for the full two years. She was always ready to respond to our requests and never showed impatience at the length of time it was taking or the number of visits that we wanted to make. She always had or promptly got the information that we needed to help us in our decision-making. Throughout the whole of this endeavor, she gave us the facts that we were asking about but never attempted to push us one way or the other. She was, at all times, friendly and respectful of the process that we were going through.After we found our new place in Toronto, we needed help selling our Kitchener home. Tammy sprang into action and ended up selling our home over asking in just a few days. This was mainly due to the new Toronto clients that she attracted.In the end, we consider that we made the best decision for us and are very appreciative of all the work and time that Tammy put into our search. We wish her all the best in her career.
