Selling our house with Renata was incredible. She totally understood the niche market our house fell into and marketed it perfectly and incredibly professionally. Her attention to detail and level of commitment to this endeavor was very much appreciated and I will recommend Renata to everyone I know selling a house.

Our experience with Renata has been exceptional. From the start, we valued her advice and trusted her professional judgement. We were so pleased to sell quickly and at a good price in a really tough market. She is a strong negotiator and we appreciated having her represent us during the transaction. It was a great experience all round and we highly recommend her.

Renata Reid recently sold our home in the NW district of Parkdale in Calgary. From our very first meeting with Renata to the completion of our sale, we have been profoundly grateful for her guidance, knowledge, patience and determination. We also came to use a number of the services Renata provided for her clients on her handy list. We used a cleaning company, a long distance mover, lawyer, survey company and home inspector to name a few. All work that these folks provided for us has been top notch. Renata brings not only her own professional knowledge but an array of other talents and expertise to the selling and buying of homes. The photos of our home were beautiful - and almost made us want to stay put. Of the many attributes Renata has, what I appreciate most has been her communication with us. When we called or emailed, she was back to us promptly - and we called often. When it came time for new ideas or approaches, Renata was willing to engage our ideas and always added her own. - and then followed through in spades. There were never any pushbacks or 'can'ts' but rather 'how about's' in our conversations. If the need ever rises again to buy or sell, Renata Reid will be our first call. L Lucas

Renata was great. Renata was big on open house. I believe that’s what sold the acreage! And drone pictures were excellent. All very important in selling the acreage. Renata was very pleasant to work with, always good attitude. Thanks Renata great stuff!!

Our house lingered on the market for a whole year with another agent. When we brought Renata on board, she made suggestions for minor staging changes, and cosmetic changes to the house that were spot on. She very actively marketed our house. Within a month, we had more viewings than the whole previous year. Our house sold in just over a month. With the offer, Renata was a careful negotiator and walked us through the process, ensuring that we were able to obtain the best offer possible. From start to finish, there is not one detail that Renata does not attend to. I have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends. We are so grateful to have found her!

Renata Reid You guided us through this process like the expert you are. You talked us down off the cliff at times and always stayed upbeat and positive. You were always finding ways to navigate a robust marketing plan that was timely and relevant. We fully understand the challenges of this current Calgary Real Estate Market and you never stopped doing your job. For all of this we are grateful. Perhaps what is most profound is the friendship we formed and the future bond we have created. I’d say it certainly was a remarkable experience with our family home in your care. It seemed like we were your only clients, despite the other homes you were marketing and representing. I can only imagine how hard you work.

I wanted to leave of a note of gratitude for Renata Reid. In remarkable fashion she was able to conclude the sale of my home in several hours at a price over our asking price. Her suggestions for staging and coordinating the furniture and photos transformed my home into a very desirable investment for any family. All in all, Renata made the entire process painless. Her professionalism, care and attention to detail makes her an elite performer and I would recommend Renata Reid to anyone looking for the full service package when selling their home.

Renata and her team at Sotheby's demonstrated a comprehensive approach to listing our home. The pre inspection and staging were methodically carried out. I was impressed with the strong marketing protocol of Sotheby’s that included social media and a diverse online presence. Renata's expertise and experience was evident throughout the process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism provided by the entire team at Sotheby's.

Renata, was a reliable advocate for the sale of my condominium. She also very kindly supplied me with a list of trusted vendors with whom I worked to get everything ready. I could not be happier with how my sale proceeded and have highly recommended her to others.
