I was absolutely thrilled by the level of service and professionalism I received from Maureen when she recently listed and sold my condo. As I was out of the country for much of the process, I was a bit concerned about all the little details and preparation needed to get my home ready for sale. But Maureen immediately put me at ease. She took the reins confidently and respectfully, listening to my needs and goals and came up with a strategic marketing plan to help maximize my return. She even helped me by decluttering and soft staging the suite at no extra cost to me! In the end, my condo sold in 5 short days for full list price. I will definitely use Maureen as my Real Estate Agent again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Her expertise and genuine care for her clients truly sets her apart.

Maureen was everything you could want in a realtor-trustworthy, kind, intuitive, savvy and fun. As we were buying from afar, we needed someone we could trust to really know the areas we were looking at, and as a North Shore native, she understood the nuances of neighborhoods. schools and traffic corridors. Her communication was detailed and prompt, really focusing on our priorities , concerns and needs. She has outstanding resources and connections that make the process smooth and painless. We had complex and international circumstances that were challenging, but now are living our best life in our new home!
