Several years ago, Lloyd transitioned from a successful career in the corporate world, working for Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment for 20 years, to embark on his real estate career. Along with his partner, Stephanie Petroff, they transformed their lives by not only starting their real estate careers, but by moving to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Many of the skills that Lloyd honed over the years have transferred successfully to his real estate practice. Lloyd is a natural facilitator and connector, and is highly experienced in negotiations, relationship management and premium client service. These skills, plus his many business and personal relationships are valuable assets in his real estate practice.
Lloyd lived in Burlington and Toronto for more than 45 years. Now that he currently resides in Niagara-on-the-Lake, there is a natural flow for Lloyd to assist buyers and sellers throughout the GTA, Oakville and Burlington to Niagara, whether they are looking to purchase their first home, to downsize, to find an investment property or a vacation spot.
